...massive corruption in Iraq, winked at by our government. Members of the US-appointed interim governing Council itself are accused of stealing tens of millions.

How can we proclaim ourselves watchdogs against corruption with that going on? Moaning about the UN brings three words to mind: pot, kettle, black.
