Let me just pick on one nit: everyone but the author knows that the occupation will not end in 90 days. There is reason to suspect that the number of US troops will increase, not decrease between now and then. In any case, our troops certainly will not go home.
If anyone is trying to sell the Iraqis the idea (other than this right wing commentator) that the occupation will end in 90 days, then the Iraqis should be screaming about what big fat liars Americans are, and we will deserve every word.
