You may have no doubt the "documented" abuses occurred, Mary Anne. I certainly have none. Doctored evidence one way or the other for the sake of conviction or freedom, however, is nothing new.

The abuses remain alleged, and will remain so until after trial. And this does not depend upon a conviction, merely the legal assertion that these "alleged" crimes are true and actually did occurred.
