You know that confessed criminals have been found to be innocent of charges and walked before, and not due to any "deals".

Today, the cases have already gone to hearing (AKA Article 15 proceedings). Courts marshal to follow. Much of this will anger folks, because they will see things that make little to no sense. Military trials are hard on the media, so details will be difficult to dig out.

This, of course, may change. It depends upon how JAG decides to handle the press in the matter. Full disclosure would be best, and I have no doubt they are being advised as much. But there can be no guarantees this will come about.
