Terror links
One source on various terror links is the extensive work Stephen Hayes has done for the "Weekly Standard:"
The Al Qaeda Connection
The Al Qaeda Connection, Continued
Saddam's Al Qaeda Connection
Dick Cheney was Right
Osama's Best Friend
Case Closed
The Saddam-Osama Memo, Cont.
About that Memo
The Clinton View
There is also more circumstantial evidence that has slowly trickled in over the past year.
This is one example.
And of course, there is plenty to link Saddam to acts of terror that are not related to al Qaeda, such as Palestinian attacks on Israel.
