Lindy and Tony, a promise.

I'll probably never agree with y'all on most of this stuff, but I promise I will try to keep an open mind. I prefer to stay in the middle of the road when it comes to politics, but I find the more some go to the left, the more I go to the right. (For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction?)

Politics are like professional sports. Each side wants to win so badly they’ll do just about anything. I hate that, and I hate it when I do it.

I see Iraq as a turning point in the Middle East. A free Iraq will change the region. Hopefully freedom will spread to Iran and some of the other counties. A free Middle East will no longer breed terrorist. A free Middle East will no long oppress its women. A free Middle East will no longer be a burden on the World. This is worth all the effort, blood and money being spent. This I believe, and I do have faith that it will happen.

Sometimes things are worth fighting for. Freedom is one of those things.

That is why I get so mad when we argue about WMD and stuff like that. This is so much bigger than that. This is about changing the world for the better by getting rid of the environment that breeds terrorist.

Why would someone be a suicide terrorist? Because they have nothing to live for. We’ll give them something to live for- Freedom.
