If it's an Iraqi trial. (So much for "sovereign". Bush is doing to the language what even Orwell couldn't do.n Nothing means what it says.)

And why does it take 50?

"Early in March, a small team of US legal experts arrived in Baghdad to help map out a strategy for a war crimes trial. This signalled the beginning of the investigative process and a larger team of about 50 US prosecutors, investigators, legal and forensic experts is expected In Iraq by the end of March."

Probably to keep Bush the First, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Powell from being named as accomplices, don't you think?
