Faith
While you are expounding your absolute confidence in the omniscience of the United Nations and the good behavior of Saddam and his lunatic sons, you might want to remember why the yellowcake was there in the first place.
It was part of a secret nuclear weapons program that the omniscient U.N. knew absolutely nothing about, and was revealed only after the first Gulf War, a war opposed as bitterly by most of the Left as this one is. That was Saddam's second nuclear program, after the Israelis wrecked his first one, and action also violently opposed by the Left and others around the world.
Again, your childlike faith in the U.N. to protect us, in light of most of recent history, is ridiculous.
