Ah...the old your a fool retort.

Don't quite get your point...maybe because you are in fact defending dishonesty. Bush had an obligation to America to be transparent and truthful and instead was an obstacle to the truth...

I have read the text of the 5th Amendment...I'm betting till now you haven't.

I assume you are referencing to the self incrimination text as almost everything else is about due process and police powers of the state. You are right Bush has the right to protect himself against self incrimination. Interesting that you should feel Bush needs to use this particular Amendment and that clause.
