What's the point of this question (beyond the obvious and unsupportable partisan sniping):
how many airplanes flew into skyscrapers during the Clinton Administration?
Are we to assume that planning for 9/11 didn't begin til the day of GWB's inauguration? Or maybe that if we'd just elected Gore, bin Laden would have shelved his murderous intentions and returned his attention to shipping?
