As far as you know I'm Black. I'm not, but I do have a bit of an unclear family history in the South...

I have friends who would disagree and acquaintances like Norm Rice and Ron Simms who would disagree with you. I'm sure my precinct captain would as well.

Anyway why so few Blacks at the Party?
