At least Chris has a line, however thin, on a real point with his contrast between Miller's opinions 12 years ago versus his opinions now.

I can't speak for you. Maybe you'd be just as contemptuous of a Republican supporting Kerry. But most Democrats would roll out the red carpet. As with many other issues, switch the names around and the indignant outrage vanishes.
