You been watching how the Democrats kiss the butt of any Republican who speaks against Bush? So, does their party affiliation have more to do with it than their opinions by themselves?
Of course not. Are they Republican party officials? No.
Heck, even if someone anti-Bush is even associated with a Republican, they become a hero. Anybody think Ron Reagan would be a factor in Democratic politics without his last name?
Ron Reagan spoke at the Democratic convention because he supports stem cell research. I don't know that he has said he is "anti-Bush". He sure as hell is anti-Republican platform because it's anti-stem cell research.
