Yes, admittedly, a bit
But given all the unspeakable horrors (and precious little tangible good, to be honest) visited upon the human race in the name of religious belief and practice, it's best in this modern day and age to definitively move beyond and above the mindset of tribal hominids braying at the moon and mindlessly invoking the Spirit in the Sky to explain what is not yet understood. Men and women of reason and intellect need to liberate their minds and stop acting like frightened children in the dark. And governments need to take measures to discourage irrational religious practice, and the conflict, abuse, exclusion, discrimination, etc. that invariably results.
