"Just today someone over there (I don't remember who -- you guys have all begun to sound the same) suggested that CBS be called before a Congressional committee over these memos. Did any of you call for Congressional hearings over the Swift Boat people?"
CBS is a company that broadcast signals on the public airwaves. If you want these companies to privately own this spectrum, then we can discuss how it shouldn't be anything that concerns the Federal govt.
Meanwhile, as the entity that ultimately issues the licence to broadcast, the Congress maintains the responsiblity to conduct hearings/investigations and to regulate what is broadcasted.
As far as "Swift boat people", I would suggest that you have something more substantial than merely bigoted hatred for these honorable gentlemen.
