"File a complaint with the FCC, if you want to take CBS to task. Be prepared for someone to do the same with Fox, whose record is not as good. "
Do you have any idea of how stupid you are appearing to be?
No. Suppose you explain why suggesting that a citizen complain to the oversight agency of the government is stupid.
I remember the Moon Hoax documentary on Fox. Do you?
"If you want to go all legal on us, do it by the book."
Ok, so I guess you are now favoring a congessional hearing on the matter.
No, the oversight agency is the FCC, which is part of the executive branch. Congress is part of the legislative branch. Going by the book is following the procedures established by law.
"Swift Boats: There are plenty of other honorable gentlemen who have contested their veracity. I don't have to hate anybody to listen to them. "
Illogical.
