In the first place, Kerry isn't Bush, Kerry didn't tell the ROW to stick it, and Kerry probably could get other nations to help.
In the second, since he's not invested in Halliburton, he'd be more flexible in how to handle it. Bush obviously wants a colony, a subsidiary of Halliburton.
Heh, heh. In the third, this sounds like Bush:
LarryJ, about Kerry: "Sounds like he's offering to bribe other nations to come to Iraq in exchange for a share of Iraq's oil resources and reconstruction contracts."
Migawd, man, do you remember the $15 billion bribe to Turkey? And we don't know the amounts of the others, but we do know that for some of the "coalition" the US had to supply uniforms, trucks, food and pay, plus something to the government from which they came.
Yep. I think the ROW would help Kerry. He didn't arrogantly stand there, smirk and all, and tell 'em he'd go it alone. And then, in addition to, say, "Bring 'em on!!"
