There is no other logical conclusion to be reached when someone takes the position that we need other nations involved, but that somehow the ones that already ARE involved "don't count."

What major nations are left with any military or financial capacity? Count them up.

Or maybe you're one of those who thinks the situation would be improved with troops from other Middle Eastern nations. Yeah, right.
