Or will he flip flop again?

I'd really like to hear some specific plans to.

How is he going to get the French to offer up their soldiers so that the US no longer foots 90% of the coalition casualties in Iraq? Its easy to say "I'll get France and Germany to carry their load" but how do you actually achieve that when you are dealing with the likes of France and Germany?

I think the speech itself was a load...
