Kerry sure does seem obsessed with talking up the draft, and democrats are the only ones on record wanting one.
And Kerry does look like Wilson, who ran his re-election on keeping us out of WWI, and then stuck us in it almost before he lowered his arm at his second term swearing in.
It could in fact be the ultimate flip-flop from Kerry.
