Besides, I don't think Kerry will draft anyone. That would ensure any President that he is 1-termer like LBJ or Truman--eager not to be re-elected due to the massive number of folks that hate them.
Kerry, if elected, would simply make a quick appeal to the UN. The UN will decline to do anything and will do diddly except symbolic assistance from various nations. Kerry will "accelerate" training of Iraqis--meaning just call them trained at an earlier point and pull out US troops ASAP, leaving a shell force to deal with the Islamofascists that have congregated there.
Julie is welcome on the board. But just because she seems conservative doesn't mean she is correct...or me.
