Kerry and the Democrats will be free to put forth all sort of secret Orwellian big government programs such as the Mandatory National Service program that at one time was the centerpiece of John Kerry's campaign. Shortly after Kerry announced that he has a secret plan for Iraq, the information pertaining to Kerry's proposed mandatory National Service program dissapeared from his website.
