During Vietnam it was a big issue that poor blacks were serving in disproportionate numbers.
The point is that everyone will be subject to John Kerry's draft. Even if kerry only taxes the rich, which is a joke in and of itself, his secret plan will draft everyone. Male and female will be forced into military service against their will.
