Integrity is not part of Kerry's character, he hasn't taken his mothers advice.

The word is if Bush wins by a narrow margin Kerry is going to claim victory anyway. This will degrade and cause harm to our country, especially at this time of war.

Just think if Kerry receives 50-60% of the popular vote but loses to the electoral vote.
