It would be barbarous of the Americans to
line up the detainees at Guantanamo and shoot them at random or at a whim.
Or to torture them with Gestaspo methods.
Or to use whips on them.
Or to gradually starve them or work them to death.
Sorry!...The Americans are not doing that.

Bowser calls Guantanamo barbarous?...Compared to what?
