Bowser has no point of reference to call something uncivilized.

To call something uncivilized, you need to show an example of what is civilized by comparison.
What's your point of reference, Bowser?
Is the "ideal" application of the US Bill of Rights
being your example of what civilized is, Bowser?
The problem is the word IDEAL.
