The Chicago Boys are economists trained at the University of Chicago. They know quite a bit about statistical analysis and clearly showed that the methods used in the Lancet "study" are very flawed. The numbers in the Lancet study are bogus, as was the peer review.
Just because someone claims to be a scientist, it doesn't mean he is unbiased or correct. In this case, the author of the Lancet study was neither. Now, if you're innumerate, you may not be able to appreciate how flawed the cluster study is. However, you can resolve that problem with a little study. Statistics is a dry subject, but it has a good mathematical basis.
