Number one. That is not a kid. That is a man, by any definition of the word.

Number two. I'm sure he is well aware of the effects of smoking, and has made a choice to do so. Good God, the man's getting shot at. May he live long enough to have to worry about getting cancer. He can always quit when he's home with his family.

It would be interesting to see what he has to say about it. So far, I have seen no identification.
