Non-proliferation
First of all, don't know where the heck you get the idea that somehow conservatives are for everyone having the bomb, or that Bush/conservatives are somehow responsible for proliferation.
I could see military action to keep Iran from getting nuclear weapons. I don't see military action as necessary to keep Brazil from getting them. That clearer?
