Would it bother you that much if Australia had nuclear weapons? Canada? Japan?
Actually, that question is a lot more loaded than it looks, and not all that easy to answer. I know what China would think about nukes in Japan.
I think Bush is doing about all that can be done to keep the number of nuclear nations down. But if Russia decides to build something, there isn't a hell of a lot you can do about it.
