I understand that are our troops are using precision strikes and being careful about indiscriminate bombings (to a degree). We'll just scrap the Geneva Convention and Abu Garaib and just ignore the fact the insurgency grows by the HUNDREDS every day.

So Bush only figures he needs another 3,000 troops. While I'm sure we can spit them out our ass, I'll bet he'll call up those already sent home, just in time for Christmas.
