It's also good to remember that very little gets done over the holidays, at least officially.

Please get your hands on everything the Commission sees concerning PV and read it. Please make sure that whoever you have contacted reads it too. (I have a suspicious mind.) Sunshine is not only good for people's health, it's also good to shine in copious amounts on regulations. Less chance of hiding stuff the fewer shadows there are.
