Have you experienced any noticable decline in your PV energy output as the system ages?

At what point will you decide to replace the PV collectors? Will it be measured in years or decades?

Also, do you think the technology has improved so that newer PV panels might offer you better performance?

Instead of scraping the whole system if this law goes through, you might want to upgrade your system so that the payback picture improves...
