Yes, I have the right Docket number. The net-metering changes are a small part of the overall docket.

For specific information I recommend the testomonies of Kenneth Regelson and Western Resource Advocates.

As I understand it, the move is being done as a tariff issue, hence the "transmission and distribution" language.

I totally agree with you 'bout the bait and switch, even if the switching is taking place six years after the baiting. However, I don't support your compromise. One of my desires is to encourage new PV systems, to drive the market towards greater efficiency and lower cost.
