I predict that when one of the rovers eventually diesâ€¦. Many people in the media and general public will suddenly become self-proclaimed engineering experts and blame NASA for its incompetence, even though the rovers have lasted many times longer then expected. No matter what the failure is, people way say how simple it would have been to design that part better.
