Not if you expect to find them for legit reasons and have no idea how many there were or how many are legal.

Before counting the 730 some odd ballots found in King County Gregoire had a lead of 10 votes after the count including those found to be legal she was ahead by 130 votes.

There has been no fraud on either side that I can see. But the repubs will surely take this to court and say there was. The mud will be flung but I'm willing to bet that it will cling to repubs not democrats.

A quote from an article in the PI:

Democrats and Reed (*) contend that the 1,718 additional votes that turned up statewide during the manual recount were counted because they were discovered within the time period established by state law.

(*)Secretary of State Sam Reed is a Republican.
