As long as the same standard is applied to all counties...
then that's only reasonable, come what may even if the final difference is only 1 vote. However, if different standards apply then those who used the old standard should be allowed to review the rejects the same as everywhere else. After all, isn't the mantra that "every vote must count", or does that only apply to Democrat votes?
