And logic does not dictate that this nation only preach to the choir. But it would be nice if we could practice what we preach, and lead by example.
We have an opportunity to do the right thing in Indonesia, and it appears we are doing it. Showing our generous and caring side to the world is not a bad thing. Perhaps you deem it illogical to show something of the US other than the gun totin' attacking invaders the Whahabi have painted us?
A humanitarian aid, extended even to those who preach hatred against the US show a side that confuses that opposition and removes the moral imperative they assumed when we invaded Iraq.
