I'm sorry, but listing the credentials of someone who believes that the government is squatting on magic technologies swiped from space aliens isn't going to raise his credibility rating with me.
People who believe in things like this have simply plugged another variable into the space normally occupied by the belief that the gods are going to come down from the sky and save us all.
