Oh, I'm sure you can find something. The point is, if there was anything serious, it would have been Issue #1 through the whole damn election campaign. Vast resources were expended last year, by people who do such things for a living, trying to find the Silver Bullet that would take Bush down politically. As you can see, they didn't come up with one.
And then there are all the times when he resisted something, found out either the polls or the RNC would not support him, and then announced his compliance in terms that made it sound like it was his brilliant idea all along.
Ah, finding a parade and running in front of it.
Kind of like Clinton and welfare reform? Show me any politician in history who hasn't pulled that trick at least once.
