No vote, no nothing. Sounded good to them, so they did it. The California state government wants to make it statewide.

On the other hand I've been informed that the plastic bag ban is part of my conspiratorial delusions, like tax increases, carbon taxes and the rest, so maybe I don't have a problem after all.
