Thats the point - if they're not prepared to fight for it, like my ancestors did, then imho, they shouldnt have it. Democracy CAN NOT be imposed, it must be created from within
It's only on Bush's scale ( i.e. if it's not like us then it must be wrong ) that one can pick out others that would be valid 'targets' for his 'freedom' war.
There are other places that dont require democracy, but DO require help. Iraq was not #1 on the list. It doesnt even feature in the top 10 - at least - it didnt till Bush waided in there.
