I'm sorry, isn't the burden of proof on the other side?
This is what happens when people just don't bother to actually think about something.
- The tailor said it could have been a natural crease.
- Not to put too fine a point on it, there wasn't anything in Bush's ears.
- That aside, a "square shape" under a shirt is a common result of wearing a protective vest with standard plate structure. I posted photos showing this, and I'm not going to bust my ass digging them up again.
- You go to a theater, or a church service, or a play, and they hand you a receiver and earpiece to hear what's going on transmitted to you. It's about the size of a pack of cigarettes, with an antenna about five inches long. You don't wear it on your back. There is no logical reason to assume that a similar, or more advanced device, would require a large box mounted on your back, and thick wires running everywhere, unless Bush was getting instructions from Mars.
- There was a similar flap by right-wingers about some kind of "illegal pen" or something that Kerry had. This too, was bullshit.
I predicted that a Bush victory in 2004 would send a lot of liberals off the deep end. Don't be one of them.

This needs "analysis?" What am I, a frigging flyswatter?
The whole thread (31 posts)
- So We Have the NYT Avoiding an "October Surprise" Story for Fear of What Republicans Might Say
- Al, chill! This is silly
- The analysis is at least as good as the analysis of UFO abduction claims. (n/t)
- Or possibly, the NYT decided that the story was full of hot air?
- Cripes, alcaray. I didn't think you were in this category.
