He has (at least) twice said he used the same set of abstracts as Oreskes in refuting her work AFTER having it been shown in a web dialogue that he participated in, that he used a wider set of abstracts.
I've corresponded with Peiser about it and wrote it up here and here, while Tim Lambert wrote about it here.
I was saddened to see that Peiser edited CCNet, which I used to read and learn from.
