Actually, most people agree that the climate as a whole is changing, and temperatures getting warmer.
Where the arguments come in is when someone declares that it is all America's fault, and we must immediately shut down a percentage of our civilization while the Chinese continue to burn coal and buy more cars.
There's a lot of wiggle room from the first premise to the second.
