You make a splendid ass.
I don't know how anyone lets you near expensive laser equipment-- even to clean it. Heck, a free-electron laser already filters waves through a spatially variable magnetic field causing the electrons to radiate.
You've obviously not learned much of anything about wave traps or magnetic fields. Or if you have--you've forgotten it. Polarization has everything to do with waves and wavelength. The Van Allen belts themselves are giant electromagnetic wave traps, powered by the earth, that capture high energy particles streaming from the sun.
Gamma radiation, begins unpolarized as it emits from the sun. However, like all radiation, it can be polarized. Polarization, means the waves no longer move in an unpredictable path, but are now predictable. In other words one reorients its vector. One can polarize gamma wavelength radiation most efficiently by scattering.
Unfortunately, I have neither the time nor the inclination to properly educate you in quantum mechanics.
Everything I said was not "gibberish" to the scientifically literate, even though such large scale polarization has never been tried or manipulated.
Many folks here don't know diddly about hard science. Your time is much better spent trying to impress/pester them.
