The acronym is WTF-!.... re: my oopsie

Fox,

What I should've typed was "UTF-8". That "1" was carried over from the previous specification. I think it's an 8 bit (as opposed to 7 bit) thing. I don't have a clue as to the actual meaning of these specs. A little research would clear it up but problem fixed for me. For you as well and othere here, I hope.
