Give me a break. I'd be embarrassed to make such a lame comment when the Dems hero so strongly supports Bush's prewar assessment.
Results of Cinton's actions based on Al-queda and Irag intelligence: 3000 civilian dead on US soil. No inspectors in Iraq. Brutal regimes in power in Iraq and Afghanistan harboring and abetting terrorists and a growing number of islamic terrorists. On the plus side budget surpluses.
Results of Bush actions on Al-queda and Irag intelligence and reaching the same basic conclusions on intent: Tyrants removed from power in two islamic countries, Democratically elected leaders in 2 countries, over 1600 soldiers dead, huge deficits, and a growing number of islamic terrorists.
Neither is a pretty site, but I can tell one is significantly better than the other. One is far from hunky dory but at least shows some trends of potential to radically improve the middle east after decades of letting it fester. I dislike about 75% of what the Republicans now stand for when it used to only be about 50 % (since they gave up on fiscal responsibility) yet the Democrats have become so divorced from reality when it comes to the results of their own inaction and what is currently going on that I have a hard time thinking of them as anything but clowns pretending to be statesmen. The Republicans stand for making the rich richer and they are doing a fine job of it. The Democrats have proven totally incompetant at accomplishing what they claim to stand for.

Mark
