Yes, the wealthy elite do not want clean wind generated power despoiling THEIR Hyannisport view. As if a 1 degree high object on the horizon intrudes on their lives. I share the same view and would like to see needed well-paying construction jobs created and the ever-blowing wind harnessed for much needed pollution free electricity. But then, in the view of many, I'm an evil Republican. The people who continuously re-elect these bozos are not issue driven. It's habit.
