The whole crowd? We know that there were a few activists with such literature, out of quite a few activitsts who showed up with literature about one cause or another, out of a large audience of people who were there to watch the hearing.
Do you have any evidence that many people in that crowd were "making the cited 9/11 claims"? If half a dozen out of hundreds were handing out such literature, does that mean "the crowd" was doing so?
